HOW SERVICES ARE PROVIDED
Services are provided by appointment onsite at our location and as a mobile notary. Robert can come to your home or business for personal notary services, or to a business such as a healthcare or correctional facility. An appointment assures that you have a private space and time for your business, that you have the notary's full attention and that there is no waiting for services. Mobile and at-location services differ in the way to make an appointment and in cost.
We are NOT a PennDOT agent and cannot help with your vehicles, but Robert has taken the required PennDOT training and can assist vehicle dealers and other agents needing help. We are also NOT a fishing and boating representative.
As payment, we accept cash, checks, venmo, zelle and debit/credit cards.

After Robert Received his Master of the Arts in Humanities Degree in non-profit administration in 1988, he became employed as the Division Director of the American Heart Association in South Western New York. As the Division Director, Robert administered the Heart Association programs.
Robert had a progressive career in non-profit management and education where he managed complex regulations for programming. While Robert is not an attorney and does not offer legal advice, his experience can give you confidence in his execution of his office as a notary public.
Appointments onsite at our location are the least costly way to have you documents notarized, and we are located 1/2 mile from the Watsontown/White Deer exit of Route 15, which is also near Interstate 80.
Appointments at your location of choice are charged with a mobile surchage or a facility fee for healthcare and correctional facilities. Please see the fee schedule button above for details
